These terms govern use of this website only. They are not our terms of business — those are agreed separately with each client before work begins.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Beacon Reporting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17398002, whose registered office is 7 North Drive, Shortstown, Bedford, MK42 0TL, United Kingdom. You can contact us at Maciek@beaconreporting.co.uk.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. The information on this site is general, not advice
Everything published here — including our descriptions of services, process, FAQs and the example dashboard — is provided for general information about what we do. It is not professional, technical, financial or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to take or refrain from any particular course of action.
Nothing on this site creates a contract or a professional relationship between us. Any work we carry out for you will be governed by a separate written agreement, and only that agreement sets out what we are obliged to deliver.
3. The example dashboard
The example dashboard on this site is a demonstration. Every figure in it — including revenue, placements, time-to-fill, consultant names and office locations — is invented for illustration. It does not represent any real agency, any real client of ours, or any client outcome we have achieved.
It is not a benchmark, a forecast, or an indication of results you should expect. The metrics, targets and conversion rates shown are examples of what a dashboard can display, not industry standards. Do not rely on any figure in it for any business decision.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
5. Enquiries you send us
Submitting the enquiry form does not oblige us to take you on as a client, and does not oblige you to engage us. It simply starts a conversation.
Please do not send us confidential information, client data, credentials or personal data about other people through the enquiry form. If we need that kind of information, we will agree a secure way to share it and put the appropriate agreements in place first.
How we handle the details you submit is set out in our privacy policy.
6. Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site — including text, layout, graphics, the Beacon Reporting name and logo, and the design and structure of the example dashboard — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view it, and print or share individual pages for your own business purposes.
You may not republish, sell, or systematically copy our content, or present it as your own work, without our written permission. Product names and logos of third-party systems referred to on this site — including Microsoft Power BI, Excel and SharePoint, and applicant tracking and finance systems — remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation unless we say so explicitly.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
8. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or anything published on it — including any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
This clause applies to the website only. Our liability for consultancy work is dealt with in the agreement we sign with each client.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site, shown by the version number and date at the top of this page.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
